This is one of the best burger joints in the DMV and certainly the best Halal burger restaurant.Nothing tops the quality and wood charred taste you get here.The new owners are really great folks. Both the burger (with Halal brisket) and the grilled chicken sandwich are just incredibly delicious and ver gourmet.I'll try the steak next time I come. For those asking, I've verified with the owner and it's Halal.
I came in for a meal mid afternoon after not eating all day and it was one of the best burgers I've had.I got the cowboy brisket burger combo and the amount of food you got for the price was tremendous.The brisket on my burger was not only wonderfully tender, but, it also was better than 90% of the barbecue places I've had in Virginia.The burger patty was also cooked perfectly and the size of the burger was massive.The condiments on the burger also greatly complemented the meaty flavors.The fries that came with my burger were wonderfully seasoned without me even having to ask.I also asked for extra char burger sauce and I will say that this is definitely the correct move as the sauce was great with all the food I had.I would also note that the individual who took my order was also very kind and answered all the questions I had as well.Also, as if it couldn't get any better, my food came out quickly and piping hot.The restaurant was also very clean as well and I had no doubt about the the cleanliness of this place.Would highly highly recommend coming here and giving this place a good try if you love burgers
Charred takes the burger to a whole new level.Their patties are juicy and flavorful, cooked to perfection.The buns are soft and pillowy, and the toppings are always fresh and delicious.But what really sets them apart is their creative menu.They offer unique burger combinations that you won't find anywhere else.
