The manager is an idiot and so is the lady with the weird mask that refused to refill my lemonade because I got a flavored one.Ok no problem, give me a regular lemonade! So because I literally got a scoop of fruit in my lemonade, I can’t get a refill even if it’s without a scoop of fruit?! That’s the most ridiculous thing ever! In the 4yrs I’ve been going I’ve never had an issue.And the manager co-signed with the lady.That’s why they work at Charley’s! I won’t be back.
Great location with a quick and friendly staff.Awesome customer service.Sandwich was made in a heartbeat! Fries nicely done! Crispy and seasoned to perfection!
Their sandwiches are always good.I like the strawberry lemonade too.
