Chango Empanadas in Richmond is a delightful find! I indulged in their traditional beef, tomato basil mozzarella, and the pumpkin & goat cheese empanadas. The beef was undoubtedly my favorite - perfectly seasoned and crispy, while the tomato basil one felt like a warm hug in pastry form. The outdoor seating adds a lovely casual vibe for dining. They do take a bit to prepare, but trust me, it's worth the wait for that fresh taste. Perfect snap on every bite! 😋
