Dining at Champlain Restaurant was a delightful experience for our anniversary! We chose the expanded tasting menu, featuring a brilliant mix of seafood and local ingredients like maple syrup. Each dish was beautifully presented, and the wine pairings were exquisite. The ambiance was intimate, enhanced by the cozy fireplace and stunning views of the St. Lawrence River.

Although the service was a bit slow at times, the warmth of the staff made up for it. A must-visit for special occasions! 🌟
