Extremely poor service and rude i won’t go again. I'm have eaten at Cena several times and have enjoyed my meal. But on this occasion the restaurant didn’t meet the grade I’ve experienced before. My meal arrived cold ! I requested the manager to replace my meal with a hotter plate. He argued with me that if it was warmed the heat would congeal the eggs in the sauce but it was stone cold and inedible. So I requested my meal to be re made. He took my plate away and re-heated it not making me a fresh dish. I didn’t want to further complain as we were a group of people and I didn’t want to spoil the evening.
After we had eaten and had dessert the waitress continually interrupted our conversations to clear the glasses . Reaching across the individual who was talking . She came back 5 or 6 times. Clearly wanting us to leave. Other tables were still eating their dinner so we were not the last. Very rude and unacceptable. We’ll take our custom elsewhere .
