This place wins in the ambiance department.
Super cute and upscale.
Staff is super friendly.
Food was good but not great.
We ordered seafood omelet which was our favorite item.
Dutch baby was so blah, bland, and flat.
Can’t hold a candle to the original pancake house or the ones my husband makes at home.
Given it’s so pricey, not sure I’d come back.

I would give it 10 ⭐ if I could! The best Eggs Benedict ever 🤤! The Standard breakfast was great as well.
And of course my heart goes out to Abuelita's donuts, thank you Grandma Cecilia for this recipe! Staff here is fantastic, atmosphere is wonderful.

We've been wanting to try this new Vancouver fine dining option for several months now and are glad that we finally did.
The food was excellent and beautifully plated.
The service was attentive, courteous and unobtrusive.
As a non-drinker, I was a bit disappointed at the lack of adult N/A options which the other Amaro's restaurants are good about.
