CAVA offers a delightful Mediterranean escape in Franklin! I opted for the Harissa Avocado Chicken and paired it with the Spicy Green bowl, and everything was incredibly fresh. The flavors burst with every bite, especially with the vibrant toppings like pickled red onions and delicious red pepper hummus.

Despite the busy atmosphere, the line moved quickly thanks to their organized system, which I truly appreciated.

A couple of staff members were friendly, but there’s room for improvement in overall service warmth. I’ll definitely return for another tasty meal! 🌿
