Castor offers a delightful escape in Corvallis! I stopped by recently for their happy hour and was impressed by the cocktail menu - definitely recommend the hot toddy! The ambiance is cozy, making it perfect for catching up with friends or a casual date night. We tried the shrimp and grits, which were surprisingly flavorful, even a bit zesty. The only downside was the noise level, but the lively vibe was enjoyable. Can’t wait to return and explore more of the menu... 🍹
