Casa Jimenez is a delightful find in Huntington Beach! I stopped by for lunch and was thrilled with their speedy service and warm atmosphere. 🌮

The huevos rancheros were out of this world - bursting with flavor and perfectly prepared. I also tried their small plates, which were great for sharing! The cozy space makes it ideal for families, and they even have a kids’ menu.
