I recently dined at Carter’s Champagne Bar and Grill during a weekend getaway. The atmosphere was delightful, with elegant decor and a relaxed vibe - perfect for a casual outing. I tried their buttery garlic prawns and a warming cauliflower soup, which were both flavorful, though the soup could’ve been hotter. The cocktails were a highlight, especially their signature drink! While service was friendly, I did notice a couple of lapses. Overall, a lovely spot for a nice meal... 🍸
