Carson's American Bistro offers a delightful dining experience! I was welcomed by a warm atmosphere featuring a cozy fireplace, perfect for a casual evening. The spinach and artichoke dip had a unique nacho cheese twist, complemented by warm chips - so good! I also enjoyed the crispy Brussels sprouts as an appetizer.
The highlight, though, was the beef stroganoff and perfectly cooked whitefish; both were outstanding. To cap it off, the dessert selection was irresistibly sweet. Despite minor service hiccups due to being short-staffed, I can't wait to return! 🍽️
