October 20, 2024Carnitas el Rincon in Lodi is the perfect stop for hearty Mexican fare! I tried the number 2 mix, featuring tender carnitas, buche, and cueritos. Each bite burst with flavor, though a touch more salt would enhance the beans and rice.
The service was equally delightful; the staff was welcoming and friendly. The creamy habanero salsa added a spicy kick to my tacos that I couldn't get enough of.
The cozy atmosphere could benefit from some music, but overall, I’m definitely going back for more! 🌮
