Carmelitas Taqueria is a hidden gem in North Valleys! 🌟 I had the pleasure of trying their asada gordito, and it was spot on - tender meat and fresh bread that melted in my mouth. The service was lightning-fast and the staff incredibly friendly.

I can't recommend their house-made cucumber limeade enough; it's refreshing and delicious! The cozy atmosphere makes it perfect for solo dining or with a group. 😋
