Posted operating hours for drive thru and dine in say they open at 6.
I arrived at 6:30 and their doors were still not open.
Mentioned that to one of the workers and was ignored upon entering.
Took 5 minutes just for another employee to take my order.
This is the second negative experience I've had in a few months. The first was another morning, again, posted operating hours say 6 am, people were in the restaurant, but didn't open on time.
Addressed an employee I assume was the manager the following day and was told "yeah that was me.
I was late." No apology. I enjoy your food, but I'm not sure I'll continue to visit after experiences like this

Good food, regular service, if you go 30 minutes before they close, you can't enter because they close service 30 minutes before the close hour

David (or Daniel, not sure as I just caught a glimpse of the name badge) was amazing! Him and the one line cook were the only ones working, but they handled it well given low staff and the busy atmosphere.
He was friendly to everyone and worked super fast and efficient, also bilingual! He's a keeper Carl's Jr.
And deserves the pay of 2 employees!
