Carls Junior's has incredible quality for a fast food restaurant.
Although the service is decent just like any other fast food join, the food and cleanliness of the place is superior.
I ordered the Charbroiled Bbq Chicken Sandwich and added an extra patty and lettuce, and made it a meal by adding their delicious fried zucchini along with a drink.
Everything was hot and mouthwatering just to get a whiff of, I highly recommend stopping by and ordering something from the drive thru to try, if you want the best from a fast food chain🍗🥪🥒🥤

I ordered a Famous Star Combo, that comes with the burger, fries and a drink, along with 2 Santa Fe burgers at the drive thru.
I asked the ai to repeat the order and it was correct.
When I got to the window, the order wasn’t correct, meaning I didn’t get the fries and the drink I asked for the Famous Star combo.
When I asked the lady for ketchup, I didn’t receive it.
Overall, the food is good, but the service was terrible.

Ordered from this Carl’s Jr through drive thru which was utilizing an AI ( Artificial Intelligence) Robot which was terrible because the AI is not accurate at all when ordering .
I spoke clearly and the AI gave me the complete wrong order.
I understand the pros of using AI however this specific AI experience was not pleasant and actually makes the line longer it is inefficient.
