We stumbled upon Carlo's Trattoria while exploring Guildford, and it was just the cozy atmosphere we needed. The staff was incredibly welcoming, especially Bonnie and Jay, who ensured our large party was well taken care of. We savored the calamari - arguably the best I've had - followed by sumptuous prawn risotto and ravioli bursting with flavor. Their set menu offers fantastic value at around £20 for two courses! Each dessert was a work of art too. Can’t wait for our next visit! 🍝
