This place is very consistent with their quality and their recipes.
I love the oxtail, and the jerk chicken.
The people come here for the curry goat as well.
The staff is very friendly and polite.
This is a local Favorite of mine and many others.
So when you come to Oklahoma city be sure to get you some Carican Flavors.
Oh and the plantains are a usual for me too, as well as the cornbread.
Never a disappointment.
Also this kitchen is not wasteful so get there Early or you may miss out of some of the favorites.
I believe they do take call in orders but I am not completely sure.

Great food, I loved the service.
She gave me a large smoothie, pineapple and strawberry for waiting.
I had ordered a small one, I'll definitely be back for the oxtails!

The food was good.
I enjoyed the oxtails the most.
The sorrel was also tasty.
The restaurant provides great Trini flavors.
