Captain D's offers a casual dining experience that feels just right for a family outing. The shrimp with hush puppies was fresh and flavorful, a delightful mix that brought a taste of the coast to Cookeville. Though the service was a bit slow during my visit, the staff was pleasant. I appreciated their solid tea selection too. The atmosphere is family-friendly, perfect for a laid-back lunch or dinner. Just a heads-up, parking can get crowded! I’ll definitely return for more shrimp soon! 🍤
