Captain Crab Seafood Restaurant - Sacramento

Came in today for the first time and had a WONDERFUL experience! Melissa was our server and was very knowledgeable and friendly.
The value VS quantity ratio is very affordable and will leave a very full and happy customer.

This was the worst crab and extra boil I’ve ever had.
The manager was rude until I explained I own and run a restaurant myself and that the king crab legs were soft and couldn’t crack.
I ordered a six ounce lobster with the boil and it looked like a dog tried to cut it not a knife, it had about 2oz of lobster on it.
Flavor wasn’t terrible but for 125$ not including tip you figure you would get something decent.
It came out much too fast like it had been sitting around forever.
Everything was overcooked including the corn so maybe we just got a bag that had been sitting but when I spoke to the manager again he came back like a maniac trying to over talk me and completely unprofessional.
The server was great and told me it wasn’t the first time he’s heard this about the soft king crab and told Me to beware when talking to the manager because he’s not very kind and he was right.
I made sure to give him his tip in cash.
I would never be attending again.
That being said the place was well kept and nice if you want to watch the games while eating.

Very friendly staff.
Our waitress made sure to make multiple rounds to ensure we were okay with everything and had everything we needed.
The food came out within 5-10 minutes which was great because we were starving lol.
The King crab boil with all the seasonings was AMAZING and filling.
Definitely recommend this restaurant of you’re in the mood for seafood.
Great for families, other groups and children.
