Cao Nguyên Restaurant is a delightful gem in San Jose! 🌟 I recently visited and tried the Canh Chua hot pot, and it was bursting with flavor - filled with tender catfish that paired perfectly with the aromatic broth. The atmosphere was casual and inviting, making it a great spot for family or friends.
