Cajun Ed's Restaurant is a hidden gem in Tulsa! ✨ I recently visited and indulged in the sampler platter - boudin balls, shrimp, and crab legs that were all bursting with flavor. The pork rinds with red bean butter were a delightful twist! While my fried catfish basket was a bit mushy for my liking, the crispy fries and interesting tartar sauce made up for it.

The atmosphere was vibrant with friendly staff who genuinely care. With a fantastic menu and grocery options for Cajun specialties, this spot is definitely worth a visit! Can't wait to return! 🌊🥳
