Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican has become a family staple for us! ❤️ I personally enjoy their tacos, which come with a delicious birria dipping sauce, though I wish the menu was a bit more extensive.

This time, I tried the nachos with sweet barbacoa after seeing my son rave about them. They were mouthwatering! 🤤 The fresh tortillas made right in front of you are a standout feature.

We also loved the free drink refills, especially the mango-lemonade! While the service can be a bit slow during busy hours, our server, Cleo, was a highlight - super attentive and entertaining. Overall, it's a solid choice for tasty Tex-Mex in
