I recently dined at Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican, and it was quite the experience! 🌮 The atmosphere was casual and trendy, perfect for a quick bite.

I tried the enchiladas with chicken Asado, opting for corn tortillas, but I believe I’d stick with flour next time for better texture. The service was impressive despite a long line - props to the management for efficiency!

However, I was disappointed they ran out of guacamole! 😢 I recommend visiting in person for better freshness and portions. If you're lucky, Mitch might serve you - he's a multitasking superstar! Can't wait to give it another shot! 😊
