I had my first visit to Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican while in Henderson, and it was quite the experience! 🌮

The daily special caught my eye, and I truly enjoyed it, especially the fire-grilled chicken! I did notice they were out of steak and other items, which seemed common based on previous reviews.

Service was a bit slow - you may need to wait if they’re busy. Plus, I recommend keeping things simple, especially with the salads; they load you up on lettuce!

Overall, a decent spot for a quick and affordable meal with a refreshing twist. Will I return? Maybe... 😊
