Cafe on 8th is a hidden gem in downtown Augusta! 🌟 Their waffle-centric menu is a must-try; I had the Low Country Deluxe Waffle, which was a delicious grit waffle topped with shrimp Creole and bacon. My friend opted for the Southern Smile, a biscuit waffle with sausage gravy, and we couldn't get enough!
