CA NOODLE in Pleasanton has quickly become one of my go-to noodle spots! The braised beef noodle soup is a standout dish with its tender, high-quality beef and a rich broth that’s packed with flavor. We also enjoyed their spicy cold dishes; the garlic sauce shredded salad was refreshing.

While the service was slightly slow on a busy weekend, the cozy ambiance made it worth the wait. Just a heads-up: the temperature can get a bit muggy inside. Definitely a must-try for noodle lovers! 🍜
