October 01, 2024My visit to Butchery de Bariloche was a bit of a mixed bag. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a cozy dinner. We started with their crispy empanadas, which were delightful! For the main course, we opted for the rib eye and short ribs, which were supposed to be tender, but unfortunately, they missed the mark. The steak was a bit tougher than I'd hoped.
On the bright side, the dessert - a rich crème brûlée - was divine. It's a comfortable spot, but I might explore other Argentine options next time... 🍴
