This place is absolutely amazing 🤩.
My taste buds were on Safari.
If you like salsa's, meat and something different you're in for an exotic twist, known as South African food.
They have about a dozen different flavors of this house made Peri Peri hot sauce.
The XX hot definitely has good flavor and kick, half way through my meal I had to drink extra water, clear my sinuses and wipe the tears.
I tried some Peri Peri sampler plate and an order of fufu.
I can only describe fufu as a weird flavorless paste.
I guess it's common in a different part of the world.

Such a cool little gem! tucked away on Miramar road (conveniently close to the dispensary, btw), it’s good a vibe and deco totally unlike anywhere else in San Diego.
It’s low key, but still offers a great drink selection with craft brews, wines, and mimosas (bottomless from 10-4).
Food is delicious! Not spicy but still full of flavor, and really well-priced.
Yum…*extra points for the bona fide South African accent taking your order.

Pros -ample of parking -bunny chow was delicious -Peri Peri sauces were delicious -dessert was not to sweet and it was perfect with the red sauce -service was generally nice Cons -ordered food, was said to sit at a 2 person table, but the dishes barely fit in the table--we ordered 1 appetizer, 2 entrees and 1 dessert with waters -everything is pricey Side note -i just noticed there are Groupon deals for this place.
Totally worth buying to save some money.
