Buk Chang Dong Soon Tofu is a cozy spot that truly embraces the essence of Korean cuisine. The seafood soon tofu I ordered arrived steaming hot and bursting with flavor! The broth was rich, perfectly complemented by a selection of classic side dishes that refreshed my palate.
