Brightwok Kitchen and Catering is a delightful find for anyone seeking a quick, healthy meal in Chicago! 🍜

I built my own bowl with brown rice, double tofu, and the fantastic red curry sauce - which was an absolute hit! The variety of veggies is impressive, though I’d recommend asking for less sauce if you prefer a lighter touch.

The friendly staff made my experience even better, and their focus on accommodating dietary needs is commendable. I did feel that the portion sizes could be more generous for the price, but overall, it’s a great spot for gluten-free and vegan choices! I’ll be back for sure! 🌱
