Brenda's Restaurant is truly a hidden gem along Mines Rd! 🌟 I stopped by for lunch and was welcomed by the friendly staff in a cozy, air-conditioned space.

I went for their mixed-greens salad topped with perfectly grilled squash and paired it with a comforting bowl of lentil soup that was bursting with flavor. The kale and sweet potato made it extra special!

Don't miss out on this local treasure when you're in Laredo. Great food, fantastic service, and a laid-back atmosphere... what more could you ask for? I’ll definitely be back! 😊
