I visited with my son craving their famous chili, but unfortunately, they couldn't accommodate our request to put it in a container. Their corporate policy seemed a bit rigid for a kid-friendly place.
While the staff could use some training - especially during busy hours - the older lady at the counter was warm and helpful.
The atmosphere is casual and perfect for a quick visit, though I hope for more consistent service next time... 🍔
