Stopped in for some afternoon drinks in the sunshine and we had a great couple of hours.A nice friendly greeting by all the staff.Gave good recommendations about the local beers without anything feeling forced, we played it safe though and went for the draft beer option.(Beer was lovely and cold) Free nibbles with the drinks consisting of crisps and nuts.Staff continued to be attentive and the drinks kept on flowing without having to ask.A great location on the edge of the square with the perfect view of the Brandenburg gate.Reasonably prices for drinks for such a busy location.Would recommend to others and would visit again.

Iconic location with a charming atmosphere.The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.However, while the food was decent, it didn't quite meet our expectations, and the coffee and soft drinks were below acceptable standards.Despite this, we appreciate the lovely ambiance and we would still recommend it as a nice place to unwind.

I recently visited this bar, hoping to enjoy some drinks with friends.Despite several free tables outside, the staff insisted that all the tables were occupied and directed us to sit in the lobby instead.She was jung and very arrogantly rude.This was quite frustrating, especially since we could clearly see the available tables.It felt like they didn't want to accommodate us, and the overall experience left a bad taste.I won't be returning and would not recommend this place if you value good service and treatment.
