Nestled in the charismatic Balmoral Hotel, Brasserie Prince offers an inviting dining escape from the hustle of Edinburgh. I stumbled in for dinner and was greeted by a warm ambiance and attentive staff. I started with the French Onion Soup, rich and soothing, followed by the Loin of Venison - perfectly cooked and accompanied by earthy kale. Their cocktail selection is impressive; I enjoyed a delightful gin martini that was truly top-notch. The Mont Blanc dessert was the cherry on top! A luxurious evening well worth it... 🍷
