I recently discovered Brasas Peru and was blown away by the vibrant atmosphere and incredible food! 🌟

I tried the Pollo la Brassa, and the rotisserie chicken was delightfully juicy and perfectly spiced. The yucca fries were crispy, and the plantains added a lovely sweetness.

We started with the Causa Rellena - so flavorful with that creamy, spicy kick! And don’t skip the Picarones for dessert; they’re a delicious twist on a donut!

Service was friendly, if a bit slow on refills. Overall, a fantastic spot for authentic Peruvian flavors in Baton Rouge! Will definitely return! 🍽️
