Bouillon Chartier Grands Boulevards truly captures the essence of Parisian dining! The atmosphere is lively and cozy, reminiscent of a classic bistro. I loved indulging in their duck confit, which was wonderfully tender, though I would prefer a heads-up on doneness levels. The cocktails were fresh and expertly crafted. It does get a bit snug with tables close together, but that’s part of the charm. With reasonable prices and quick service, I’m already planning my next visit... 🍷
