Bonsai Plant Kitchen in Brighton provides a cozy, upscale dining experience that’s hard to beat! The small plates are perfect for sharing; I particularly loved the miso maple and wasabi aubergine, bursting with flavor. The sweet potato skewers were another highlight. The fried banana mochi balls dessert? A must-try! 🍡

While the wait for service could be improved, the overall experience was delightful. It’s great to see a restaurant that genuinely caters to vegans and vegetarians alike, making it a favorite spot for my next visit with friends!
