November 04, 2024Bon Temps Grill in Lafayette truly embraces the spirit of Louisiana cuisine! On my recent visit, I enjoyed the incredible fried catfish, perfectly seasoned and crispy, paired with their tangy remoulade sauce. The appetizer of alligator bang bang was a delightful surprise - smooth and spicy!
The ambiance was vibrant, enriched by the sounds of local music. Though the service was slightly slow at times, the friendly staff made up for it. Don't skip their rich gumbo; it's a warm hug in a bowl. Perfect spot for a casual night out! 🐊
