Bolton Catering offers a delightful taste of Indian cuisine! I recently enjoyed the lamb on the bone with dhal curry - perfectly seasoned, though it does come with a bit of spice. The chicken chapli kebabs were a hit, too; I ended up freezing some for later convenience. Don't miss the crispy chicken pakoras - they're super crunchy with tender chicken inside. Just a heads-up: it's mostly takeaway, so plan accordingly. Can’t wait to grab some biryani next time! 🍽️
