I recently visited Bojangles in Winston-Salem, and while I'm a fan of their southern comfort food, this location left me wanting.

I ordered the famous fried chicken but ended up waiting over 35 minutes for it! The staff seemed overwhelmed, with little communication about my wait.

When my food finally arrived, the chicken was fresh, but the hard fries and a burned sweet potato pie were disappointing. 🤦‍♀️ The atmosphere felt chaotic, and I couldn't help but notice the lack of cleanliness.

I'll likely stick with my local Bojangles from now on. They can do better!
