The sign that shows a delicious sausage blueberry biscuit with icing did not look like that at all.No icing.See photos.The one with icing is what it’s supposed to look like and the other photo is what I got.Not surprised because the service at this Bojangles is awful.The line is always out past the building with a wait time inline for over 15 minutes! Then once you get to the window no apologies about the the wait.They need more help and more training.
This use to be my favorite Bojangles but my last 2 visits I waited between 10-15 minutes for my food each time I had to remind them (they are always friendly but they don't seem focused on their job).The price is steadily going up while the quality of food is declining...one visit I received (2 orders of their 5 tender combos) 10 tiny overcooked tenders and over seasoned fries with the poorest presentation I've ever seen (pics included) and I paid $23🤯
Food was good but the employees lack. Don’t piss the lady in the “orange” shirt off.
