I recently visited Bojangles for a quick meal, hoping to enjoy their signature Cajun filet sandwich. Unfortunately, my experience was a bit of a letdown.

After a lengthy wait to place my order, I received a biscuit instead of the sandwich I ordered. The staff did apologize and made it right, but the chicken was overcooked and the dirty rice far too salty for my taste.

On the plus side, the food was hot and fresh! Just a heads up: always check your bag before leaving, as busy times can lead to overlooked items. Hope they can improve the service overall... 🌟
