I love your Cajun Gravy!!! In the drive thru ordering Cajun Gravy and 2 Biscuits and the woman seemed confused by my order.
Up at the window it appeared she was EATING and chewing while speaking with her mouthful 🤯 Never have I ever had that experience in my 46yrs.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
After getting home I opened the gravy to spork some heaven in my mouth and it's RUNNY, WATERY🫤 Upon stirring it up I see something strange and it was a MACARONI.
What the heck is going on there today??? SOOOO DISAPPOINTED😞.
IDK how I'm going to thicken this up🤦🏼‍♀️.
Waste of $$$ I don't have.
This was a treat after a 6hr.

OMG! Went there this afternoon 4/26/24.
Haven't been there in years.
Ordered a picnic dirty rice and a medium sweet tea and it was almost eight dollars.
I get this all the time at other Bojangles and it's never that much.
I asked the woman at the window how much each was, and she said look on your receipt.
She was very rude and acted offended when I asked her for my actual debit card receipt.
She rolled her eyes and said she had put it in my hand, which she had not.
Then, she finally said look in the bag, and it was there.
She was so rude and condescending.
To top it off, she didn't give me anything to eat with and the dirty rice was soggy and mushy.

Drive thru is horrible.
My first time there, the cashier just shrove the meal out and close the slide poor customer service. I just went again and order a three piece meal.
When I got home it was only two pieces.
I checked the receipt and I was charged for the 3 piece meal.
They really need to pay attention. However the chicken was well cooked this time around.
