Boiling Dragon offered a unique twist on traditional flavors. I dined in and ordered the Dragon Bowl, which was delightful, filled with shrimp and catfish over incredibly soft rice. The Brussels sprouts added a perfect crunch. 😊

I also tried the shrimp crab puffs, which were golden and packed with flavor. The only downside was the chicken; it was slightly dry. Service was friendly, but plan for a bit of a wait. Overall, a fun spot worth exploring again!
