Bluena offers a delightful dining experience on the 17th floor, complete with stunning views of Quebec. The cocktail selection is impressive, and I especially loved the "painkiller" cocktail - it’s truly a must-try! The decor strikes the right balance between chic and cozy, making it perfect for a night out. The staff are welcoming and attentive, eager to guide you through the French menu. While the food was good, some dishes didn’t quite impress as much as I hoped. Still, I’d return for those cocktails! 🍹
