I make it my goal to order Fish and Chips whenever I see it on a menu.
Being that Arizona isn't too close to any ocean, it can be reasonably assumed that the fish is probably frozen.
I use this as a way of judging a restaurant's capability to make a bad thing good.
If a restaurant so far from the ocean has good Fish and Chips, it's likely the rest of their food is good too. Blue 32 Sports Grill has by far the best Fish and Chips I've tasted so far.
The breading is crispy, the fish is tender, the whole plate is scorching hot like it just came out of the fryer.
It's so good in fact that I order it consistently every time I come here.
Sometimes I'll come with the express purpose of ordering some to take home, only to find that my plate is empty before I can leave. 5/5 would recommend the Fish and Chips.

We have gone here multiple times, it's a nice and fun atmosphere! The food is typically pretty good, somethings can be a hit or miss though depending on what you get of course.

Took my wife and her mom here for lunch.
First time food was pretty good.
