Blu Barrel Bar & Grill is a delightful spot in Abilene! We visited late on Mother’s Day and the atmosphere was vibrant yet cozy. I ordered the calamari and garlic parmesan chicken wings, which were deliciously crispy! For my entrée, the salmon exceeded my expectations.
Our server was friendly and attentive, making our experience even better. The outdoor seating is a hidden treasure - perfect for warm evenings.
I did notice parking can be a bit tricky, but with the tasty menu options and a welcoming vibe, it's worth the visit. Can’t wait to return for karaoke night! 🎉
