Bloom Bistro & Bar offers a delightful brunch experience that I truly enjoyed. The standout dish was the Lobster Shakshuka, bursting with flavor and a generous amount of lobster; although it arrived a bit cooler than I’d hoped. The atmosphere features lovely local artwork, creating a cozy vibe, although the seating could be more comfortable. I also appreciated the well-spiced chai and fresh pineapple juice. Overall, a solid stop for brunch lovers looking for variety and charm in Barrie! 🌟
