I keep giving Blazing Onion chance after chance, but I’m done.
My family and I have ordered many different items since the Newcastle location opened.
We usually order to go and most of it has been really good, but for some reason, they just can’t get their salads right.
My go to is the steak salad.
I order it medium rare and tossed with balsamic dressing.
Something is either missing or it’s the wrong dressing or the meat is not cooked as requested.
Last night I opened the container to find well done steak and a creamy dressing.
It looked like the dressing was poured on top of the salad after it was put in the container and then they closed the lid and shook it a few times.
This has happed MANY times and I have alerted management on four separate occasions.
I don’t understand why this keeps happening.
All the other items are usually good.

Really awesome place, great service from Noelle.
Burgers are tasty and priced well for their size and the Cajun fries are delicious.
Plenty of TVs with the game on if you're interested in sports, easy to see from the seats too.
Will definitely be back.

Disappointed! Food was cold obviously they have not figured the nuke option on the microwave.
Fried cauliflower was mushy inside given it was frozen and the outside had been quadruple fried.
