Blake's Lotaburger

Very polite cashier.
I was asked to park in a spot to wait for my order which definitely is not a problem because it assures me that my food is going to be fresh! This is my first visit to this lotaburger but it's very nice I loved the vigas outside it looks very modernized and definitely a new Mexican style.
Convenient to the Santa ana star casino hotel and right off the main highway in bernalillo.
Something I noticed as well was the music being played outside the store which I've never seen before so it's nice and it makes the atmosphere for those waiting for there food as well as those who dine outside! The food is always freshly made

Tried to find the restaurant on GPS and it led me to someone’s apartment it seems.
I tried calling the number to get directions and it apparently went to some national number where a machine tried to take my order but couldn’t tell me how to get to the restaurant.
I got routed to an operator who told me they would connect me to my “local” location.
It rang and went to voicemail and at that point I’d already had enough of trying to find this place.
Looks like a gear restaurant, if I could only find the one here in Tallahassee.

We are from Texas and stopped in for burgers.
First time here.
Overall good 3 star experience.
Service good, food tasted good but was not hot.
We ordered 3 burgers, 1 chicken sandwich , chili fries , regular fries and onion rings.
Took 20 minutes to get it.
I understand cooked to order but the burgers dropped first and sat in bin waiting for fries for another 10 minutes and then got everything after 20 minutes.
Only one family in restaurant and drive thru not busy.
I would recommend counter explain delay on items and try to at least serve what’s ready while it’s hot.
Reading thru other reviews it seems cold food is an issue.
Timing orders I would bet with different cook times.
(Date on receipt right but not time.
We ordered and paid at 6:35 pm or 18:35)
